Delivery

Art. 1. (1) The merchant shall be responsible for arranging the delivery and handing over the goods to the customer by using an external forwarder within 24 hours from the time of the order, but no later than the first working day following the day of the email confirmation.

(2) Customers can choose a freight forwarder to deliver the relevant goods. They shall have the right to decide whether the goods are to be delivered to an address specified by them or to the office of the relevant forwarder.

(3) The merchant is obliged to pack the goods appropriately to preserve their integrity and original appearance until their delivery.

(4) The merchant shall deliver goods throughout the European Union.

Art. 2. (1) If the merchant cannot deliver the product(s) because they are not available, he is obliged to notify the customer within 24 hours.

(2) If payment is made by card, the money shall be refunded within 10 working days.

Art. 3. (1) Standard delivery time for each item is 1 to 5 business days from receipt of order confirmation.

(2) During promotional campaigns, including national holidays, the delivery period may be extended to 10 working days.

(3) In the event of incorrect delivery data or unforeseen circumstances, the Customer shall be promptly notified.

Art. 4. (1) The customer is obliged to inspect the goods before acceptance for obvious defects, shortages, or goods different from those ordered. If a discrepancy is found, the Customer shall immediately notify the Merchant. If not possible, the customer should NOT accept the goods until contact is established with the Merchant.

(2) If inspection is not carried out, the goods shall be deemed approved and the customer loses the right to claim later that they were delivered with manifest defects.

Conditions for Return, Refund and Exchange

Art. 5. (1) The merchant shall be liable for any lack of conformity of the goods existing at the time of receipt.

(2) The right of complaint shall be exercised by completing and submitting the claim form.

(4) If delivery is not possible, the User has the right to a price reduction or to cancel the contract by refunding the price within 14 days of the request.

Art. 6. (1) Customers who are consumers shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from acceptance of the goods, without giving any reason.

(3) For the withdrawal to be valid:

  • The goods must be in original packaging, together with all enclosed documents (instructions, leaflets, etc.);
  • The goods must be unused, with integrity intact and commercial appearance fully preserved;
  • The supporting document (receipt or invoice) must be attached;
  • The cost of returning the goods must be paid by the customer.

Art. 7. (1) Upon withdrawal, the costs of the returned goods shall be deducted from the refund, except where the Customer pays return costs directly.

Art. 8. (1) The merchant shall reimburse all sums received, including delivery costs, within 14 days from notification of withdrawal, using the same means of payment.

Art. 9 The right of withdrawal shall not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
  • Medicinal products, food supplements, and the like when the package is already open.
